We accept most insurance and Medicare Part D plans, and we can also assist you with the Medicare Part D enrollment process. If you have any questions or concerns, our pharmacists are ready to assist you.

Immunizations
When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. We make it easy for you to stay up to date. Our pharmacists and pharmacy interns have been certified to administer immunizations right here in our pharmacy. The vaccinations we offer are listed below:
- Flu Shot available for ages 12 and up
- High Dose Flu Shot available for ages 65 and up
- Flumist Nasal Vaccine available for ages 5 and up
- Shingles Vaccine (Shingrix) available for ages 50 and up
- RSV Vaccine (Arexvy) availble for ages 60 and up
- COVID Vaccine (Moderna) available for ages 18 and up
The above vaccinations are available without an appointment Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. If outside these hours, call ahead at 701-282-8075 to ensure a staff member is available to provide the immunization.

Local Delivery
Short on Time? Medical Pharmacy South offers a daily (Monday – Friday) prescription delivery service to Fargo, West Fargo, and Horace communities. All medication information remains confidential and does require a signature at the time of delivery. Can’t make it into the pharmacy in person? Simply call us at 701-282-8075 to arrange a curbside pickup.
Checkable At-Home Diagnostics
You can take charge of your family's health from the comfort of your own home with the new Checkable At-Home Diagnostics and Wellness Products we offer that include At-Home UTI Screening Kit, At-Home VpH Screening Kit, and Breast Milk Alcohol Test Kit. Complete the test at home and connect using the Checkable app, receive a treatment plan from a provider and send us the prescription afterward. Your family's health is just a click away with the new Checkable health diagnosis process.
Medication Synchronization
If you have multiple prescriptions to fill each month, that can mean multiple trips to the pharmacy or missed doses if you run out of a medication before you are able to pick up the next refill. Our med sync service can help! Once enrolled, our pharmacy staff will “sync up” your ongoing monthly medications and arrange for you to pick them up on a single day each month that is convenient for you. We will also proactively reach out to your healthcare provider to obtain refills on your medications if needed.
Medicare Part D Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for Medicare Part D happens each year October 15 – December 7. Plans change from year to year and Medicare recipients need to re-evaluate their plans to be sure they have the best coverage for the lowest cost available. Options can be confusing and difficult to understand. Let us help! Set up an appointment with our knowledgeable staff to talk through your options. We can’t recommend a specific plan or sign you up but we can help you understand how a plan will affect your medication coverage, cost, and preferred pharmacy. Medication Therapy Management & Education
If you take multiple medications, ask us about a comprehensive medication review. Our trained staff will discuss your current medication schedule, look for any conflicts or concerns, and answer any questions you may have. We want to make sure you are getting the right medications to optimize your health while minimizing any side effects or drug interactions. Medsafe Take Back Program
Do you have medications you are no longer using and need to dispose of? We can help! Bring in your unused medications to our convenient drop off box. Accepted items: prescription medications, over the counter medications, liquid medications (less than 4 oz in zip-lock bag) Not accepted items: illegal (schedule I) drugs, needles/syringes, sharps containers, medical devices, batteries, aerosol cans, inhalers, chemicals, mercury containing devices, radiopharmaceuticals, liquid antineoplastic agents.
Blood Pressure Screening
Are you taking high blood pressure medication? It is important to regularly monitor your blood pressure to make sure your medication is working. Stop in and use our digital blood pressure monitor. Our staff is ready to assist and answer any questions .
My Prescription Savings Card
No insurance? Non-formulary medication? It just got easier to lower your prescription costs at Medical Pharmacy South. While we do accept most insurance plans, my prescription savings card is a unique prescription discount card available at Health Mart pharmacies if you don’t have insurance coverage.
